Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms apply when you use Web Sprint at esdrasbuelvas.org, run by Esdras Buelvas ("we", "us"). By creating an account or buying the course, you agree to them. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to buy the course, and they agree to these terms for you.

2. Your account

• Use a real email address you control. It's how we connect your purchase to your account.
• Keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
• One account is for one person. Please don't share it.

3. Free and paid lessons

The first two lessons are free with an account. The full course is a one-time payment, with no subscription and no automatic renewal. Payments are processed by Square. Access to the paid lessons is linked to the email address you use at checkout, so create your account (or log in) with that same email.

4. What "lifetime access" means

You can use the course for as long as Web Sprint is available, including updates and new lessons we add to it. If we ever shut the course down, we'll give at least 60 days' notice by email so you have time to finish and save anything you want to keep.

5. What you can and can't do with the lessons

When you buy the course, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use the lessons for your own learning.

• You can: read and re-read the lessons, copy the code examples into your own projects, and use what you learn in any work, personal or paid.
• You can't: share your account, repost or resell the lessons or videos, or put them in another course.

6. Your work belongs to you

Everything you build while taking the course, including your websites, apps and code, belongs to you. You're free to use it, publish it or sell it.

7. Refunds

Refunds are available for problems, like double charges or not being able to access the course, but not for changing your mind. See the Refund Policy for details. Access to the paid lessons ends when a refund is processed.

8. Be decent

Don't try to break, overload or get around the security of the site, and don't use it for anything illegal. We can suspend or close accounts that do. If we close an account without a good reason, we'll refund the purchase.

9. AI project feedback

Project reviews are written by AI. They're meant to help you learn, and they can occasionally be wrong or miss things. Each student gets a limited number of reviews per day. Please only upload your own code for your own projects.

10. No guarantees about results

We work hard to make the course accurate and useful, but we can't promise that it'll get you a job, clients or any particular income. The course is provided "as is". Websites and tools change over time, and some details in lessons may go out of date. Email us if you spot something and we'll fix it.

11. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses from using the course, and our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid for it.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. If we make a significant change, we'll update the date at the top and let account holders know by email. Changes won't take away access you've already paid for.

13. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
